WHAT CLIENT WANTS

Custom brass ornaments for Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago within 30 days using metal casting along with logo engraving, and individual packaging. 

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN
 In the beginning, the client didn’t have a 3D file to kickstart the project. Thus, we collaborated with our modeler to create a beautiful 3D asset that matches their 2D rendering precisely.

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN

We originally planned on casting the ornaments, a process that would have taken 45 days. To meet their needs, we swiftly pivoted to CNC machining, a more time-efficient solution, which reduced the production time to just 28 days (including shipping!) Simultaneously, we addressed the packaging aspect, crafting individual boxes with custom-cut EPE foam. We were able to make this seamless transition thanks to our extensive capabilities, saving the client time and producing a comprehensive, tailored solution.
