A prototype of an orange, transparent box cutter handle that is durable and visually appealing.
HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN
We had the privilege of collaborating with an artist who had a clear, and distinct artistic vision for his product. Initially, the client attempted to create the prototype independently with a desktop 3D printer, using PLA and DIY resin. However, the results were less than ideal – the PLA turned out tough and murky. The resin was brittle and unstable. Undeterred, he turned to us, interested in experimenting with our standard white resin, high-resolution red resin, and clear resin to realize his vision: an elegant yet durable box butter.

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN
When it comes to the clear resin, the secret lies in the extensive post-printing polishing process. As you can see on the left, the result was nothing short of crystal clear.
